O'Rourkes diner in Middletown AMAZING! I like diners overall but this is like a gourmet diner. They have a huge variety on their menu in both breakfast and lunch. I also like that they have unique foods. All of the people who work there are super friendly. They even give you free food while you're waiting outside sometimes. Also I like how it is family owned. Me and my family love it and we go there all the time. I love their pancakes and french toast and my parents are obsessed with the omelets. If you want to go out to a delicious diner breakfast then I recommend going here.

Rita's

Yuuuum! Rita's is delicious. We go their a lot. I love all of their flavors and like the variety of flavors too. The italian ice is the perfect amount of cold and sweet. It is cool that they have italian ice, blendinis, custard, misto shakes, and gelatis. Also everyone there is nice all of the foods are delicious. If you want to get a frozen snack I recommend going here.

China Japan

China Japan is ok. The food tastes pretty good but it's not very healthy and it gives my mom stomach aches. I like how they have sushi and Chinese food but the sushi is kind of gross. Kids like it because the food is salty though. It looks nice inside. There are fake Cherry Blossom trees and there are lots of tables. The workers are nice too. I do wish the food was healthier and less salty though.

Joey's Pizza Pie

Joey's Pizza Pie just opened up in West Hartford and it is amazing there. It smells amazing inside.  The waiters are friendly and the service is really fast. When your food gets there it is still warm and tastes fresh. My favorite dish on the menu is this thing where there is garlic bread that you can dip in olive oil and put fresh mozzarella on. They make the fresh mozzarella right in the kitchen so it tastes home made. It comes with a salad with tomatoes, basil, and lettuce. I like the variety that they have on their menu. They have grinders, salad,  pasta, breads, desserts, and of course pizza. Their pizza is really good and has the perfect amount of cheese and sauce and the crust is the right width. If you want to go out for a nice, family, Italian dinner I would recommend going here.

The King And I Thai

This restaurant is a great place to eat. The workers are very friendly and the service is fast. They always greet you and say everything kindly. The food is delicious and fresh. I enjoy the pad thai a lot. It has great vegetables in it. I am also a fan of the mango sticky rice which is sticky and sweet rice with pieces of fresh mango. Another positive thing about this restaurant is that it is nice looking and clean inside. If you are looking for a great Thai place for dinner I would recommend going here.

BJ's Wholesale Club

I personally like BJ's a lot. They have many things and the prices are really low and reasonable. Surprisingly they also have a lot of organic foods and the organics are way cheaper than a store like Whole Foods. The stuff they sell comes in huge packs which are good for parties but i wish they would sell things separately too so I would have room in my fridge. I enjoy how they sell a huge variety of items. They have food, electronics, pools, swingsets, movies, video games, and bathroom materials. It is a great place to get emergency preparedness items. If you want a big package of items for really cheap you should go here.

McDonalds

EEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWW! I am vegetarian and refuse to give money to terrible corporations and have never been there before but I am still giving it a bad rating. I am basing this post on what I read in Chew on This and watched on Food Inc. It gives its workers less than minimum wage and treats them like dirt. Eating there is like eating poison. Everything is GMO and has non edible ingredients. All of their food is made in factories and this is what their chicken nuggets look like.

Flying Tiger Tattoo

Flying Tiger Tattoo is by far one of the best tattoo shops in the country. My talented dad Murray Sell works there and does great tattoos like all of the other tattooers.The business is extremely clean and sanitary. They all do high quality tattoos and everyone is really nice. I really enjoy how they have a flatscreen TV playing good movies for entertainment. I also enjoy that they do piercings there too that are always done well. I may not be old enough to get a tattoo but I know for a fact that their tattoos are clean and they never give you a bad tattoo. I also got my ears pierced there and they were even, clean, and the whole thing was a very good experience. I recommend going there if you want excellent tattoos and piercings.

Fringe Hair Works

 I really enjoyed getting my hair done at this salon. My mom works there and she made my hair look perfect. It is hard to do that considering that my hair is absolutely crazy. It was very clean there and the vibe was cheerful. I enjoyed that they had iPads so I didn't get bored. I would recommend going there and getting your hair cut because everyone is friendly and do a very professional job.
